Hi friends hope you are doing well. I am a IT engineer by profession and i have sufficient money for survival. I have a house for living , a vehicle for ride. All over i think that, i have everything which is required for cool life without any frustration.

But still i am not happy , it's like a survival. Due to that my awareness is not here , no any presence in present, no happiness, no any achievement, no love, no success. So is this the life? I have been working from last four year and i have a single routine in my life,That has started when i wake-up in morning and ends at bed with sleep.

I always thinking that i have required some changes in my life and its happening from last three years. I don't have the answer to what are these changes which will change my whole life. Is there any way to done this.

But now i have been understanding the life meaning but with a different manner. I am able to identify that what is the mean of living in present. Actually most of the worries of your life are always in future or in past, if your not living the present moment that mean you are somewhere else and you are in a trap of future and past .

So very simple is that you have to devote your life in present totally. Now question is that, what is the means of living in present?
